WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Adorels currently only accepts ATM bank transfer, Ibanking and cash deposits as a form of payment method. Concealed cash is highly not advised. For overseas payment, we accept payments using PAYPAL. Malaysian customers can opt to pay by ibanking too.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Normal mail: $1.00 - 1.50
Registered mail: $3.50 and up depending on package size
Overseas shipping fee depends on the weight of the parcel.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Adorels only does refunds or exchanges if the fault lies with us. We will not be responsible for damages suffered during postage delivery. Do email us at shopadorels@gmail.com for any defect items and we will sort it out and do refunds or exchanges on a case by case basis.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
For floral headbands, do drop us an email as they are priced based on customisation.
For clothes, do drop us an email stating your name, orders, address, payment method.
For globe accessories, please follow the order format and submit an order through the form. The order form can be found in the tabs. Do try to describe details if you are looking to place an order for a customised piece.
